Cold Brew Mocha Float

Save your sanity and perk up your day with our Cold Brew Mocha Float. Made with cold brew coffee and Belfonte Premium Vanilla Ice Cream, it’s the perfect treat for those not-so-perfect days.

Ingredients:

1 cup freshly ground coffee
4½ cups water, filtered
Belfonte Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Syrup
Optional: your favorite coffee creamer, to taste

Directions:

For Cold Brewed Coffee: Combine coffee grounds and water in a pitcher and let sit overnight. Strain coffee grounds with a strainer, cheese cloth or coffee filter to remove all the coffee grounds. Optional: Add coffee creamer to taste.
For the Floats: Add 2 scoops of Belfonte Premium Vanilla Ice Cream and tablespoon of chocolate syrup to your glass. Pour Cold Brewed Coffee over the ice cream. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve and enjoy!
