Give your Grill a little Chill this Father’s Day weekend with this Strawberry Whipped Fruit Dip. Pair Belfonte Strawberry Yogurt with fresh Whipped Cream made from scratch using Belfonte Whipping Cream and you have one delectably cool fruit dip. Use with fresh fruit kabobs and have your whole party squeal with delight. Happy Father’s Day!

Ingredients:

2 6 oz containers of Belfonte Strawberry Yogurt
1 cup Belfonte Whipping Cream
1 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Use chilled bowl in stand mixer, add cold Belfonte Whipping Cream and begin to beat on medium speed.
Slowly add in the sugar and vanilla extract
Continue to beat for 6-10 minutes until still peaks form (time may vary depending on mixer and speed you are using).
Gently fold in the Belfonte strawberry yogurt.
Serve with fresh fruit or place in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Note: Cold heavy cream and chilled bowl works best.
