Hooray! It’s National Popcorn Day! This unique recipe for a Popcorn and Greek Yogurt Parfait combines your favorite microwave popcorn with Belfonte Blueberry Greek Yogurt.


1 container Belfonte Blueberry Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 cup popped microwave popcorn, crushed
1/2 teaspoon sunflower kernels, roasted and salted
1/2 teaspoon honey


Place half of the Belfonte Yogurt in small serving dish or glass. Top with half of the crushed popped corn and sunflower kernels. Repeat layers. Drizzle with honey before serving.
