Fill up with extra protein! Give your eggs an extra protein boost with our Cottage Cheese Eggs. Made with Belfonte Cottage Cheese, these eggs will fill you up and give your family the energy they need to make it through the day.


1 cup Belfonte Cottage Cheese
8 large eggs
1 Tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper, to taste


In large bowl, whip the eggs. Add Belfonte Cottage Cheese and combine. For smoother eggs, use a blender or food processor to blend the ingredients. Heat skillet to medium low and add butter. Once the butter is melted, add the egg mixture. Let heat for a couple minutes then gently stir with a spatula. Continue cooking until the eggs are cooked through and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
