An Egg-cellent dish! Add a simple twist to one of your holiday staples with our Easter Egg Salad. Made with Belfonte Ranch Dip, this egg salad adds a pop of flavor to your one of your family’s favorite dishes.
1/4 cup Belfonte Ranch Dip
8 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 rib celery, diced
1/4 cup potato chips, coarsely crumbled
Pepper, to taste
In medium bowl, combine Belfonte Ranch Dip, mayonnaise, eggs and celery. Top with crumbled potato chips for additional crunch and pepper to taste. Serve on bread, crackers or on a bed of greens.
