Fudgy Yogurt Brownies
Indulge without the guilt! When you make our Fudgy Yogurt Brownies you’ll cut the calories but keep the flavor by swapping out the butter or oil with Belfonte Greek Vanilla Yogurt. Add a scoop of Belfonte Ice Cream to make it à la mode!
½ cup Belfonte Vanilla Greek Yogurt
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking powder
Optional: Belfonte Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir until combine. Add in the egg and Belfonte Greek Yogurt and stir until combined.
Spoon batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes and rotate pan halfway through baking. Brownies are done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out with a few crumbs.
Let cool and enjoy or add a scoop of Belfonte Vanilla Ice Cream, some chocolate syrup and a little whipped cream for an à la mode treat!
