Grilled Peaches à la Mode

Tap into peach season and sweeten up your next BBQ with our Grilled Peaches à la Mode. This simple dessert is a crowd pleaser and a simple treat to beat the summer heat.

Ingredients:

4 peaches, halved with pits removed
1 Tbs coconut oil
3 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Belfonte Vanilla ice cream
Optional: Caramel sauce and chopped nuts

Directions:

Heat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and set to the side. Rub the peaches with coconut oil. Place halved peaches, pit side down, on grill and heat for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks start to show. Using tongs, flip peaches to grill skin-side down. While still on the grill, sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top of each peach. Leave on the grill for 3-4 minutes or until desired texture. While still warm, top with Belfonte Vanilla ice cream.
