Hot Corn Dip
Get ready for the big game! This Hot Corn Dip is super creamy and perfect for your football watch party. Made with Belfonte Sour Cream, this dip will be a winner, no matter what side you’re rooting for.
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Belfonte Sour Cream
2 (11 oz) cans of corn, drained
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
2 Tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper, optional
Preheat the oven to 400*. In glass bowl, mix cream cheese and Belfonte Sour Cream. Add the corn, jalapeno, green onion and seasoning salt and combine until well mixed. Add the shredded cheese and gently stir to combine. Pour into an oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes. When done, turn on the broiler and stick the dish under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
