Don’t let those pumpkins go to waste! Try our Pumpkin Yogurt Dip made with fresh pumpkin and Belfonte Greek Yogurt for a healthy snack that will fuel your afternoons.

Ingredients:

2 cups Belfonte Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 cup fresh pumpkin puree
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Sliced apples, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers to serve

Directions:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
