The SCOOP program will assist schools in raising funds for educational supplies. We know how hard teachers and faculty work to provide for their students, and we want to help them raise money for books, supplies, and other classroom items that are needed. Each school year, we donate vanilla ice cream to local public elementary schools, private, and parochial (grades K-5) for educational fundraisers. We also supply napkins, stickers, and posters to help your school promote the event. The total number of cans will be based on the number of students that will be provided by the principal.
You will need to provide in detail how you are promoting the product at the event in the application.
Once a submission is approved from the SCOOP committee an email will be sent to the school principal and must be approved by the principal 5 business days of receiving the email from Belfonte Ice Cream Co. Please make sure we have the correct email for the principal in the application.
We request that pictures be taken at the event and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Belfonte Ice Cream Co. has the right to post photos of your event on our Facebook page and website. Belfonte will not identify the school or any students in the photos.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Belfonte Ice Cream Co. is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Belfonte Ice Cream Co. sole discretion.
If we do not receive photos after the event, your school will not be eligible for future donations from Belfonte Ice Cream Co.
If the event date was denied, that date will no longer be accepted with revisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Belfonte Ice Cream Co., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of our products.
