4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup Belfonte Sour Cream
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Sea salt and pepper, to taste.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Flatten chicken breasts until even thickness. Season with salt and pepper and place in oven-safe baking dish.
In small bowl, combine Belfonte Sour Cream and Parmesan cheese. Liberally spread mixture on top of each chicken breast. Top with Italian bread crumbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of chicken breast. Let set 3-5 minutes before serving to let the juices set. Tip: Layering baking dish with aluminum foil before adding the chicken breasts will save on clean up time
