A fast and easy Yogurt Cake that is delicious served with fruit or your favorite Belfonte ice cream!
1 cup Belfonte Vanilla Yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1.) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
2.) In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer on medium speed, lightly beat eggs (approximately 30 seconds)
3.) Add oil, sugar, and yogurt beat for 1 minute until smooth.
4.) Add flour and baking powder and beat until well combined approximately another minute.
5.) Pour into greased cake pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until done.
6.) When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you desire you can serve with fruit, Belfonte ice cream or both!
