We’ve got your next tailgate treat covered with these Veggie Delight Pizzas. Made with Belfonte Ranch Dip and your favorite veggies, these quick and easy appetizers will win over the biggest (and pickiest) fans.
2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1 16 oz container of Belfonte Ranch Dip
1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup diced grape tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
Optional: Additional veggies including bell peppers, black olives and scallions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and unroll crescent roll triangles. Arrange into rectangles and press seams together.
Bake crescent dough according to package, around 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and Belfonte Ranch Dip. Chill in refrigerator while crust cools.
Spread Belfonte Ranch Dip mix onto cooled crust. Top with veggies and cheese and cut to desired serving pieces. Serve or chill up to an hour before serving.
