2-1/2 cups Belfonte Heavy Whipping Cream
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


In stand mixer, sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder together. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract and beat on low speed to incorporate the ingredients. Slowly increase speed to high and beat the mixture for 3-4 minutes until stiff peaks form. Use to frost cakes or sugar cookies.
