Banana Pudding Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pudding mix (prepared)
- Belfonte Milk (amount called for on pudding mix)
- 2 cups frozen bananas
- ½ cup Belfonte Milk
- 1 banana sliced
- Vanilla wafer cookies (crushed)
Directions
- Prepare vanilla pudding mix according to the back of the package.
- In a blender cup, blend frozen bananas and ½ cup of milk until smooth.
- Cut banana into slices and crush vanilla wafer cookies.
- In a popsicle mold, layer frozen mixture, vanilla pudding and banana slices until almost full. Repeat in layers of frozen mixture, vanilla pudding and a banana slice.
- Once almost full add a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafer cookies and popsicle sticks.
- Freeze until completely frozen. (About 6 hours or overnight)
- To remove from mold, run under warm water for a few seconds then slide out.
