Banana Pudding Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla pudding mix (prepared)
  • Belfonte Milk (amount called for on pudding mix)
  • 2 cups frozen bananas
  • ½ cup Belfonte Milk
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Vanilla wafer cookies (crushed)

Directions

  1. Prepare vanilla pudding mix according to the back of the package.
  2. In a blender cup, blend frozen bananas and ½ cup of milk until smooth.
  3. Cut banana into slices and crush vanilla wafer cookies.
  4. In a popsicle mold, layer frozen mixture, vanilla pudding and banana slices until almost full. Repeat in layers of frozen mixture, vanilla pudding and a banana slice.
  5. Once almost full add a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafer cookies and popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze until completely frozen. (About 6 hours or overnight)
  7. To remove from mold, run under warm water for a few seconds then slide out.
  8. Share and enjoy!
