BELFONTE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE MILKSHAKE
Take your favorite summer dessert and make it sipp-able with our Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake! You can use either Belfonte Premium Strawberry Ice Cream or amp up the cheesecake flavor even more with our Premium Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream. Either way, this is a rich creamy dessert perfect for summer evenings on the patio.
3 Scoops Belfonte Purely Premium Strawberry OR Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
½ cup Belfonte 2% milk
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ tsp. lemon zest
2-3 oz. cream cheese
Garnish: Fresh strawberries, crushed graham crackers and whipped cream for garnish
Assemble your ingredients. Pre-zest lemon, slice berries and crush graham crackers so you can be ready to top your milkshake as soon as it’s ready. Add Belfonte ice cream to your blender with ½ cup Belfonte 2% milk, ¼ tsp. lemon zest and cream cheese. I used 3 oz. of cream cheese to add more of a cheesecake flavor to the milkshake since I used Belfonte Purely Premium Strawberry Ice Cream. If you use Belfonte Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream, it will already have that wonderful cheesecake flavor, so you may want to start out with 1 oz. of cream cheese and add more to taste if necessary.
Blend ice cream, milk, lemon zest and frozen strawberries in blender. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, fresh whipped cream and strawberries. Sip and enjoy!
