Belfonte Dairy | From the Heart of Kansas City


  • 1 1/2 cups of Belfonte heavy cream

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Chocolate curls or shavings (optional)


In a large bowl of a mixer add your cold heavy whipping cream and beat until it thickens. Add your powdered sugar and cocoa powder and mix again.

Then add salt and vanilla and mix once more. Make sure you don’t over mix as this mixture could curdle. Mix until everything is just combined.

Fold mixture and scrape sides of the bowl to ensure that everything is fully combined.

Add to a piping bag and put into 4-6 small glasses. (You can add them straight into the jar if you don’t have a piping bag!)
