Chocolate Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Belfonte Milk
  • 1 pack of chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers
  • Green and Orange frosting to pipe carrots (or candy/sprinkles)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add your cold Belfonte Milk and pudding mix and stir for two minutes. Let thicken for a few additional minutes and then stir again.
  2. In a plastic baggie add your cookies and use a glass to crush them.
  3. To assemble your pudding cups layer your chocolate pudding and crush chocolate cookies back and forth until full.
  4. Pipe on little carrots using your green and orange frosting or top with candy or sprinkles.
  5. Share and enjoy.
