Chocolate Strawberry popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2-4 scoops Belfonte Vanilla Ice cream
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup milk
- chocolate (to drizzle once frozen)
Directions:
- In your blender cup add your Belfonte Vanilla Ice Cream, frozen strawberries, cocoa powder and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Using a silicone popsicle mold, add your mixture and let freeze completely.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy.
