16 oz Belfonte Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400*. Spray a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray. Melt butter. In large bowl mix Belfonte Cottage Cheese, butter, cheese, flour, baking soda and seasonings until well combined. In seperae bowl, whisk eggs. Pour eggs into mixture and combine thouroughly. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until browned and set. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
