Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Belfonte Cottage Cheese
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Belfonte Milk
- salt & pepper
- 12 oz cooked shell pasta (or pasta of choice)
Directions:
- Cook your pasta as directed on the box.
- In the container of your blender, add your Belfonte cottage cheese and blend until smooth.
- Add cheese and milk and blend again.
- Pour your blended mixture over your cooked pasta and stir until covered.
- If your sauce isn’t warm enough by the pasta, heat it on low.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
