Creamy Mashed Red Potatoes
Mash it up! When you’re in the mood for a hearty dish, nothing tastes better than meat and potatoes. These Creamy Mashed Red Potatoes are made with red potatoes and Belfonte Sour Cream, make up the perfect side to your favorite meaty dish.
10 medium red skinned potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup Belfonte Sour Cream
1/2 stick of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fill up a large pot with water. Add the red potatoes and bring to a boil. Once boiling, set a timer for 12 minutes. Drain and leave potatoes in pot. Add sour cream and butter to potatoes and mash until you get the consistency you want. Salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!
