Double Chocolate Brownie Cup Sundaes

Indulge your chocolate craving! Celebrate National Chocolate Ice Cream Day with our Double Chocolate Brownie Cup Sundaes. These brownie cups topped with Belfonte Premium Chocolate to Die For Ice Cream are almost too good to be true.

Ingredients:

1 box Brownie mix

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup applesauce

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Belfonte Premium Chocolate to Die For Ice Cream

 Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with baking spray. Combine brownie mix, coconut oil, applesauce and water until combined, but do not over mix. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Fill muffin tins with brownie mix 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 20 minutes. When done and the brownies still warm, use a small glass or shot glass and press into each brownie to create a bowl. Remove from pan and top with Belfonte Premium Chocolate to Die for Ice Cream and enjoy! Optional: top with chocolate or caramel sauce!
