Simply the best.With only three ingredients, our Easy Cream Sauce proves that sometimes simple is the best. Made with Belfonte Heavy Whipping Cream and fresh Parmesan cheese, this sauce is an easy staple to add to your weeknight rotation.
2 cups Belfonte Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
In a large pan, heat Belfonte Whipping Cream over low heat until hot but not boiling. Slowly whisk in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat and continue whisking until the cheese is completely melted. Add salt to taste. Note: Reserve about 1/3 cup of starchy water from the pasta. Add the pasta to the sauce and coat with the sauce. Add starchy water to loosen the sauce and so the noodles do not stick together. Top with fresh parsley for added flavor.
