Fiesta Turkey Grilled Cheese
Spice it up! Add a little heat to your dinner with our easy Fiesta Turkey Grilled Cheese. Made with Belfonte Mexican Fiesta Dip, these sandwiches will give your week night a little kick.
Ingredients:
6-8 slices of asiago cheese bread
3 Tbsp softened butter
4-6 Tbsp Belfonte Mexican FIesta Dip
6 oz of sliced turkey
3-4 slices of colby jack cheese
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Lettuce
Directions:
Heat griddle or pan to medium heat. Spread butter on outsides of all the bread. On the inside of the bread, spread Belfonte Mexican FIesta Dip. Layer turkey, cheese, tomato, lettuce and red onion and top with the other piece of bread. Cook on griddle for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
