Frozen Strawberry Pie


  • 16 oz Belfonte Strawberry Yogurt
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup (150g) chopped strawberries
  • 1 10-inch graham cracker crust


  1. In a large bowl, use a spatula to combine the strawberry yogurt and cool whip together until mixed throughout.
  2. Fold the chopped strawberries into the mixture, making sure to mix until they are evenly dispersed throughout.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the graham cracker crust. Place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight. Transfer the pie to the fridge 15-30 minutes before serving for easier serving.
  4. Slice and serve with additional strawberries, cool whip, whipped cream, or other toppings as desired!

Yield: 10-inch Pie (about 8 servings)
