Grilled Peach Ice Cream Sundaes

Grilled Peach Ice Cream Sundaes


  • 4 ripe Peaches
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 8 scoops Belfonte Caramel Cone Sundae Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • ½ cup Toasted Walnuts
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon


  1. Slice each peach in half and remove the pit. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil and set aside.
  2. Heat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat. Grill the peaches cut side down, undisturbed, for 4-5 minutes until grill marks are formed. Carefully flip the peaches over and grill for another 4-5 minutes. Transfer the grilled peaches to a plate and allow to cool for about ten minutes.
  3. Peel the grilled peaches if desired, then cut each peach half into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place one scoop of Belfonte Caramel Cone Sundae Ice Cream into a serving glass or small bowl. Top the ice cream with pieces of peach from one of the peach halves, followed by another scoop of ice cream and peaches from another peach half.
  5. Top with whipped cream, then sprinkle two tablespoons of toasted walnuts and a small pinch (⅛ tsp.) of ground cinnamon over the whipped cream.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
