2lb bag of frozen hashbrown potatoes, shredded or cubed with onions and peppers
1 (16 oz) Belfonte French Onion Dip
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, Belfonte French Onion Dip, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 60 minutes. In small bowl, combine melted butter and cornflakes. Sprinkle over casserole, covering evenly. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
