Perfectly Pop-able! Spring is finally here and our Ice Cream Truffle Pops are the perfect way to welcome the season. Made with Belfonte Premium Ice Cream, these decadent bites deliver creamy sweetness meant to be savored.
Belfonte Premium Ice Cream
10-12 Oreos, crushed
12 skewers or candy sticks (optional)
Chill a large baking sheet in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. Using a 2″ ice cream scoop, add scoops of ice cream to the chilled baking sheet and stick back in the freezer for 30 minutes. Add crushed Oreos in a bowl. One at a time, place a chilled ice cream scoop into the oreo bowl and roll it until all sides are covered. Add a skewer or candy stick to the middle of the truffle and place back in the freezer until time to serve. Repeat with the remaining pops.
