Mango Toasted Coconut Ice Cream Sundae

Directions

  1. Toast sweetened coconut flakes in a small baking dish in the oven at 300 degrees until starts to brown. Be sure to set a timer and watch carefully as this could burn easily.
  2. Cut fresh mango into slices.
  3. Add Belfonte Vanilla Ice Cream to serving dishes and top with mango slices and toasted coconut.
  4. Serve, share and enjoy!!
