Mango Toasted Coconut Ice Cream Sundae
Ingredients
- Belfonte Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut (toasted)
- 1 mango (sliced)
Directions
- Toast sweetened coconut flakes in a small baking dish in the oven at 300 degrees until starts to brown. Be sure to set a timer and watch carefully as this could burn easily.
- Cut fresh mango into slices.
- Add Belfonte Vanilla Ice Cream to serving dishes and top with mango slices and toasted coconut.
- Serve, share and enjoy!!
