Maple French Toast Roll Ups
A plate stacked with golden brown French toast roll-ups, each piece tightly rolled and dusted with powdered sugar. The rolls look crisp on the outside with a soft, tender interior. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Belfonte Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 2-3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • Thinly sliced bread
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add your Belfonte Milk, eggs, cinnamon and pure maple syrup and stir until well combined.
  2. Roll your thinly sliced bread and dip in your mixture on all sides. Continue with the rest of your bread.
  3. Place in a pan on medium heat and let cook thoroughly on all sides.
  4. Continue with all your rolls ups until they are all cooked.
  5. Sprinkle with some powdered sugar and top with more pure maple syrup.
  6. Serve, share and enjoy!!
