Maple French Toast Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Belfonte Milk
- 2 eggs
- dash of cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- Thinly sliced bread
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- In a large bowl add your Belfonte Milk, eggs, cinnamon and pure maple syrup and stir until well combined.
- Roll your thinly sliced bread and dip in your mixture on all sides. Continue with the rest of your bread.
- Place in a pan on medium heat and let cook thoroughly on all sides.
- Continue with all your rolls ups until they are all cooked.
- Sprinkle with some powdered sugar and top with more pure maple syrup.
- Serve, share and enjoy!!
