Patriotic Cheesecake Parfaits
Celebrate Independence Day with our Patriotic Cheesecake Parfaits! Made with Belfonte Vanilla Yogurt, these easy cheesecake parfaits are perfect to bring to your neighborhood BBQ and will have your whole party celebrating!
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of Belfonte Vanilla Yogurt
8 oz cream cheese, at room temp
4 Tbs granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 graham crackers
3 Tbs butter, melted
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Directions:
Using a food processor, crush graham crackers until they are all crumbs. Melt butter and combine with graham crackers until they are a wet sand texture. In mixer, whip cream cheese, Belfonte Vanilla Yogurt, sugar and vanilla until smooth, no lumps. Start layering your cups using the graham cracker crumbs as the base. Layer in the strawberries and blueberries and then a layer of the cream cheese yogurt mixture. Repeat until cups are completely filled. Top with a few graham cracker crumbs and fruit. Serve! Can be refrigerated for a few hours before serving.
