1/2 cup Belfonte Sour Cream
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheese
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown sausage and remove from pan. Whisk eggs and Belfonte Sour Cream into skillet and heat until eggs are almost completely scrambled. Stir in the cooked sausage. Add in cheese and combine until eggs are fully scrambled and the cheese is melted. Scoop a cup of the mixture into each tortilla and roll into a burrito. Serve with Belfonte Sour Cream or wrap in aluminum foil and freeze for later.
