Sea Salt Caramel Craze Affogatos
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Belfonte Sea Salt Caramel Craze Premium Ice Cream
- 1 shot freshly brewed Espresso
- 1 Chocolate Coated Cookie, finely chopped
Directions
- Scoop two scoops of Belfonte Sea Salt Caramel Craze Premium Ice Cream into a short, clear glass (or your serving glass of choice).
- Pour freshly brewed espresso directly over the ice cream.
- Sprinkle chopped cookie on top of the ice cream, and serve immediately.
Note:
- Espresso is key to making a traditional affogato, but very strong brewed coffee is a great substitute.
- Chocolate Coated Cookies can be substituted with chocolate chips, dark chocolate shavings, a drizzle of caramel syrup, or your favorite crunchy cookie.
