Macaroni and cheese is always a family favorite comfort food, and this simple 4-ingredient recipe is easy cheesy!
- 5 cups of water
- 16 oz pasta
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of Belfonte Milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (separated)
- Salt & pepper to taste
In a pot of boiling water add your pasta and stir frequently until cooked.
Strain the water from the pasta. While your pasta is straining, add your butter, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper to your pot and stir and melt until a sauce forms.
Add your pasta and stir until coated in the sauce. Once your pasta is done, add some into your skillets, and bake in the oven at 350° until it’s golden in color and the cheese has melted. (Around 10 minutes)
