Smores Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 16 Graham Cracker Squares
- 8 scoops Belfonte Chocolate Marshmallow Loaded Premium Ice Cream
- 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- Chocolate Fudge Squeezable Topping (optional)
Directions
- Arrange eight graham cracker squares on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Scoop Belfonte Chocolate Marshmallow Loaded Premium Ice Cream onto each graham cracker square, gently pressing it down to cover the surface of the graham cracker.
- Spoon two tablespoons of marshmallow fluff on top of each scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate topping (if using), then top with another graham cracker square.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to make eight ice cream sandwiches, then place the baking sheet in the freezer to chill for twenty minutes, or until the ice cream hardens.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
