Strawberry Milk Overnight Oats with Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Swirl

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds (if using), salt, and vanilla. Pour in the strawberry milk and syrup (or honey), then mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and creamy.
  3. In the morning, divide half of the overnight oats between two glasses or jars. Divide one 6 oz. container of yogurt evenly over the oats to create a layer (or swirl together for a blended version).
  4. Repeat with the remaining oats and yogurt.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy cold!

Storage Tips: Store in the fridge for up to three days. (These are perfect for batch-prepping a few jars ahead of the school or work week!)
