Strawberry Milk Overnight Oats with Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Swirl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional, but good for thickening!)
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 cup Belfonte Strawberry Milk
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 (6 oz.) Belfonte Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds (if using), salt, and vanilla. Pour in the strawberry milk and syrup (or honey), then mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and creamy.
- In the morning, divide half of the overnight oats between two glasses or jars. Divide one 6 oz. container of yogurt evenly over the oats to create a layer (or swirl together for a blended version).
- Repeat with the remaining oats and yogurt.
- Top with sliced strawberries or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy cold!
Storage Tips: Store in the fridge for up to three days. (These are perfect for batch-prepping a few jars ahead of the school or work week!)
