Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
Spice up summer with these super simple Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles using Belfonte Strawberry Yogurt!
- 2 cups (500g) Belfonte Strawberry Yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup (120g) fresh strawberries, chopped
In a blender, combine yogurt and chopped strawberries. Beat on medium power until the strawberries are fully dispersed. The mixture will be very thin and liquid in texture.
Transfer the mixture to a popsicle mold, making sure to fully fill each cavity to the top with the mixture.
Utilize your popsicle mold’s materials or simply stick a popsicle stick in the center of each cavity.
Allow the popsicles to chill in the freezer for at least 6 hours before serving. Run warm water on the outside of the popsicle mold to help release the popsicles.
