Virgin Frozen Mudslide

Ingredients
- 3 cups Belfonte Coffee Ice Cream
- ½ cup Belfonte Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Belfonte Vitamin D Milk
- 3 tbsp. Irish Cream Flavored Syrup
- 2 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup, plus more for lining the glass
Directions
- In a blender, combine Belfonte Coffee Ice Cream, Belfonte Heavy Cream, Belfonte Vitamin D Milk, Irish Cream flavored syrup, and chocolate syrup. Blend for about a minute until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup into each glass, tilting the glass on its side and moving it around to create a design inside the glass.
- Divide the virgin mudslide between the glasses, then top each with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Note: “Magic Shell” chocolate sauce works well to line the inside of the glass, too! It will keep its shape against the cold virgin mudslide.
